Crisdale Recruitment are collaborating with this Regional Shire to appoint Project Engineers. Combing practical engineering capability with real on-the-ground construction experience to help deliver some of the most significant transport and infrastructure projects. Working alongside major contractors and government clients, the team supports the delivery of road upgrades, bridge works, disaster recovery programs and regional infrastructure across the region. This role is suited to engineers who enjoy being close to construction and taking responsibility for delivery outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Managing delivery of construction packages from planning through to completion Working closely with site supervisors and crews to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification Planning works, coordinating resources and supporting program delivery Managing subcontractors, suppliers and consultants Cost tracking, forecasting and commercial reporting Maintaining compliance and contract requirements Preparing key documentation including progress claims and project reporting Supporting the development of graduate and site engineers through mentoring and practical guidance About You To succeed in this role you will typically have: Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or equivalent) Proven experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer on civil infrastructure projects Demonstrated experience working on road, bridge or major earthworks packages Strong understanding of constructability, sequencing and practical delivery of works Working knowledge of TMR specifications (MRTS) or similar government standards Experience with Microsoft Office, and exposure to MS Project or Primavera P6 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills A practical mindset with the ability to balance documentation and site delivery Commitment to safety, quality and environmental performance For additional information please reach out to Ange Morris at Crisdale Recruitment on 08 6478 7788 or via email a.morris@crgwa.com.au or apply via seek with your updated resume and covering letter.
