The Role:
You will be based at a retail asset in North West Sydney. You will be responsible for the management and performance of the FM services contracts across the centre, ensuring compliance is maintained.
As the senior relationship owner for centre management and asset stakeholders, you will ensure seamless delivery of cleaning, security, maintenance and customer service.
You will work closely with the state manager and team based at the centre to embed a strong safety and performance culture, drive continuous improvement, and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience while delivering strong commercial outcomes.
Your duties and responsibilities as a Facilities Manager will be as followed:
* Act as the point of contact for the Centre, working closely with the centre manager, asset managers and landlord representatives to ensure the centre is operational, predominantly across soft services.
* Build trusted, long-term partnerships with retail clients, ensuring alignment to centre objectives and customer experience standards.
* Lead contract governance, performance reviews, and strategic planning discussions.
* Oversee the delivery of integrated services across retail including cleaning, security, maintenance and soft services.
To be successful in your application as Facilities Manager, we are seeking the following experience:
* Experienced in retail facilities management
* Ability to work Tuesday-Saturday on a permanent basis
* Strong relationship management skills
