- Job Description
Your role within the team will see you provide administration support for a team providing suicide prevention services within the community.
- Oversee fleet and facilities checklists and maintenance
- Support intake procedures for people wanting to access the service - including data entry of referral forms
- Support the team to provide high quality reports
- Timely distribution of information to stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality as appropriate
This is a contract position, currently funded until 30 June 2027.

- Demonstrated experience in an energetic administrative support role.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and provide relevant and accurate information.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and prioritise issues, problem solve, generate solutions and work collaboratively to achieve a successful outcome
- Ability to use technology to effectively undertake a wide range of administrative functions including the use of databases, Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint
- Salesforce experience ideal but not essential as full training will be provided
