We're hiring for:
* Manager – Brookvale's Gutter & Roofing
These are hands-on, results-driven roles for people who know their stuff – from bathrooms and taps to fittings, plumbing, roofing, and customer service. If you're someone who leads by example and thrives on building high-performing teams, we want to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading your team to deliver standout service
* Driving sales and hitting targets
* Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Keeping safety front and centre
* Raising the bar and setting the standard
What we're looking for:
* Strong knowledge of bathrooms, taps, fittings, roofing, and plumbing
* Experience managing teams in a retail or trade environment
* A natural leader who lifts others up
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Someone who stays calm and positive under pressure
* A team player who knows how to get results
You'll report directly to theGeneral Manager – Operations & Sales, and you'll be trusted to shape the culture and success of your department. If you love a challenge and get a buzz from helping people grow and succeed, this is the role for you.
