We are seeking a dedicated Senior Night Guest Service Agent to ensure seamless overnight operations and deliver exceptional guest service. This role involves managing front desk duties, handling guest inquiries, monitoring property security and maintaining accuracy in administrative tasks. The successful candidate will also provide guidance to junior colleagues when needed.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage front desk duties including check-in, check-out and room assignments.
* Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
* Monitor property security and take necessary actions to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
* Maintain accuracy in administrative tasks including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements
* Previous experience in guest service or hospitality is essential.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
* The ability to work independently under pressure and flexibility to work nights consistently is necessary.
