You’ll help demo users take the leap into live accounts, show new leads the value of our platform, and guide future traders through a smooth, transparent, and confident onboarding journey. Description We're looking for a driven and motivated Sales Agent to join our Sydney-based team. You’ll be calling leads, walking prospects through the platform, and helping them understand why Blueberry is the right choice for their trading goals. No pushy sales vibes here, just clear value, real conversations, and a strong sense of doing what’s right for the client. Note: At Blueberry, moving with purpose means showing up, connecting, and building momentum together. This role is based onsite in Sydney, Monday to Friday, where the real magic happens. How You’ll Make an Impact Call new leads and demo users to guide them into becoming live clients Clearly communicate the benefits of Blueberry’s trading platform Follow proven scripts, and learn how to make them your own Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction Keep your client records clean, current, and tracked in Salesforce Stay informed on FAQs, processes, and platform updates Handle low- and high-value leads with equal care and consistency Follow ethical, compliant sales practices that protect both the client and the brand Monitor client preferences and provide feedback for product/service improvement Jump into special projects and tasks when the team needs extra hands Skills And Experiences Who We’re Hoping to Find Proven track record in a sales environment Strong communicator, written, verbal, and interpersonal Comfortable using MS Office and Salesforce Quick to learn complex concepts and simplify them for others Organized, reliable, and responsive under pressure Proactive, curious, and ready to execute Passion for delivering great service and helping clients succeed RG146 Financial Services General Advice certification preferred Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or related field preferred Extra points if you have Experience in Forex, CFD Trading, or Financial Services Understanding of global markets, trading platforms, and client journeys
