We are currently seeking a detail‐oriented Finance Support Officer to join Perigon Group on a short‐term contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and manage accounts payable, including invoice review, expense coding, and timely payment of suppliers.
* Perform credit card reconciliations by verifying transactions, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records.
* Assist with payroll processing, including data checks, record maintenance, and meeting payroll deadlines.
* Complete data entry and administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy, ensuring financial records are well organised and up to date.
About You
* Previous experience in a finance support, accounts, or similar role.
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Comfortable working with deadlines and confidential information.
* Well‐organised, reliable, and able to work independently when required.
This is a 3‐month contract opportunity and would suit someone available to start promptly and contribute from day one.
