Location: Tahmoor, NSW
Position: Casual
Hourly Rate: $37 to $43 Per Hour + Super
In addition, earn an extra 15% above the award wage listed in this ad as part of the Worker Retention Payment Scheme making the actual wage $42.55 to $49.45 per hour plus super.
Role:
Before School Care: 6:00am to 8:30am
After School Care: 2:15pm to 6:00pm
Monday to Friday
Paid administrative time and regular training and development opportunities
Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
As our OSHC Service Coordinator you will:
Be the Visionary: You're the boss of the service You'll plan and program epic science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do
Safety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels like a rockstar.
Chef it up: Whip up healthy, tasty snacks that keep the energy levels high
Mentor & Mobilise: Motivate your team by empowering them to lead with confidence and fostering a shared commitment to enriching every child's experience
Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass
The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs
The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day "business" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork
What You Bring to the Mix
The Qualification: You've got (or are studying toward) a Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved
The Vibe: You're warm, engaging, and have a "can-do" attitude
The Essentials: A valid Working With Children Check, Child Protection Training Certificate, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain)
