Our client is seeking a warm, organised and community-minded Operations Assistant to join their small, mission-driven team in Mosman Park.
This is a part-time position working ***** hours per week, offering flexibility while providing essential operational and administrative support to the Leadership Team, Business Manager and wider community.

Providing operational and administrative support to the Leadership Team, Business Manager and Coordination Team Assisting with IT needs across the Centre, including mobile devices, laptops, iPads and general troubleshooting Maintaining office supplies, overseeing equipment servicing and supporting the smooth operation of the Centre Supporting the management of utility accounts, phone plans, travel bookings, health accounts, property maintenance and vehicle servicing Organising accommodation and airfare bookings and assisting with invoices and account processing Maintaining accurate records, updating administrative information and ensuring easy access to operational files Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, drafting policies and facilitating communication between stakeholders Carrying out general administrative duties including mail, formatting, typing, filing, photocopying and running errands Maintaining secure and updated electronic filing systems Coordinating information related to burials, cremations and memorial locations, and ensuring headstones are well maintained across WA regions Welcoming visitors, responding to calls and providing warm reception service Preparing meeting rooms, assisting with refreshments and offering basic IT support Managing inventory, ordering supplies and reconciling related invoices Supporting additional tasks as required Office Administration,Troubleshooting,Microsoft Office,Inventory Control,Record Keeping,File Management,Meeting Planning,General Administration,Bookings,Invoicing,Customer Service,Organization Skills Advanced computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Word and Excel Experience in a similar operational or administrative role Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritise and move smoothly between tasks Warm interpersonal skills, active listening and empathy Strong organisational and time-management abilities A calm, patient and service-oriented approach Ability to build rapport and provide welcoming hospitality Flexibility and a willingness to assist wherever needed Applicants must be willing to undergo a National Criminal History Check and hold, or be willing to obtain, a Working with Children Check.
