What you'll do
* Actively manage the recruitment pipeline for the casual pool
* Partner with the Training Team to ensure all new casuals complete their induction and safety training before their first active shift.
* Manage performance, absenteeism and behavioral standards in line with Company policy
* Serve as the primary point of contact for casual team members
* Lead with a positive and inclusive outlook, strengthening the culture of the team
* Support the Return to Work (RTW) process for any casual team members
* Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement
What you'll bring
* Proven track record of leading, coaching, and nurturing teams to deliver results
* Exceptional planning and problem-solving skills, prioritising and managing multiple tasks effortlessly
* In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Operations, Distribution Centre Operations, and warehouse management systems
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of the business, embracing change with open arms.
* Demonstrated resilience in meeting challenging targets and timeframes, and role modelling determination
