Branch Management Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and motivated individual to take on the role of Branch Manager based out of the Gold Coast. The successful candidate will oversee daily branch activities across sales, operations, administration, and leadership.
* Develop customer relationships and increase sales and branch profitability
* Management of branch employees – Parts Interpreters, Stores & Delivery Staff
* Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OH & S) regulations and maintain current safety education
* Administrative functions, processing invoices/credits and warranties
The ideal candidate will possess excellent people leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a diverse team environment. Experience in the automotive parts sector or related sectors is highly desirable. In addition, the successful candidate must have OH & S experience, sound administrative skills, and solid computer literacy.
