**Your opportunity**:
This role will play a critical part in supporting the design and implementation of effective reward strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives, ensuring compliance with Australian regulations and ASX listing requirements. This role can either be Full Time or Part Time hours.
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyse and benchmark remuneration packages, monitor market trends and best practices, and support the design of reward programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
- Support the Head of Reward Governance & Performance with Committee and Board engagement, including undertaking research and analysis, benchmarking, drafting and reviewing board materials, and assisting in the development and delivery of the Annual Remuneration Report and other external disclosures.
- Support the administration of equity plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies in conjunction with various stakeholders.
- Provide support for the annual remuneration review process and other reward activities, including data analysis, reporting, and communication to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, finance, and legal departments, to ensure alignment and effective communication of remuneration strategies.
- Engage with external advisors and consultants to benchmark executive remuneration practices and stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Experience in remuneration analysis, with an ASX listed company.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
**Ideally, you will also have**:
- Experience with Human Resources (HR) systems and compensation management software.
- Experience in and understanding of equity plan management, Australian remuneration governance and broader HR policies and processes.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process and system improvements within the day-to-day long-term incentive activities.
