Position 
Social Worker 
– to join our multidisciplinary team. 
Responsible for providing a high quality social work service to inpatients and outpatients as required, including assessment, treatment, evaluation and planning, and management of a designated caseload. 
Practices as a Social Worker according to the Australian Association of Social Workers Practice Standards and Code of Ethics and/or the Society of Professional Social Workers Code of Ethics and SMHS Policies and Guidelines.
