This is a fast-paced Sales Associate role supporting Kristal, one of Newcastle's standout residential sales agents.
Kristal has been the number one agent across Adamstown Heights and Kotara for the past two years, and her business has doubled over the last 12 months. She knows her market inside out, lives locally in Kotara, and has built her reputation through hard work, genuine relationships and a serious amount of hustle.
People love dealing with her, and it is not hard to see why.
You will work closely with Kristal across the full sales process, helping with buyer enquiries, vendor communication, open homes, listing preparation, follow-up, database activity, sales administration and all the moving parts that keep a high-performing agent moving.
This is not a quiet, sit-in-the-corner sales support role. It is busy, energetic, people-focused and ideal for someone who loves real estate, loves being organised, and gets a little buzz from a fast-moving day.

You will be supporting a high-performing agent, so pace is important. Kristal's business is moving quickly, and the right person will be someone who can handle a busy day, follow through properly, and stay calm when there are 47 things happening at once.
You might already be working in real estate admin, sales support, leasing, property management, or as an associate. Or you might be earlier in your real estate career and looking for the right person to learn from. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic, communication style, and ability to fit into a team where culture is everything.
