Office Administrator – Accounting Firm | Tweed Heads | Full Time | $55,000–$61,000 + Super

We're looking for a motivated and organised Office Administrator with great time management skills and the ability to complete tasks on time to join our Tweed Heads team. This is a full-time position in a supportive, people-focused environment where your contribution will be valued and make a real difference.


What you'll do



• Keep the office running smoothly – managing scheduling, phones, emails, and ATO communication

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Accountants and Management

• Maintain records, documents, and filing systems

• Assist in streamlining and improving office processes


What we're looking for



• Previous administration or office support experience

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Great attention to detail with a focus on completing tasks accurately and on time

• Confident written and verbal communication

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
