Psychology Department
The role is seeking three client-focused psychologists to work on a casual basis at the Townsville University Hospital. The successful candidates will provide psychological assessments and interventions that contribute to patients' ongoing clinical management and care.
The psychology service delivers clinical, health, and neuropsychology services to adult and paediatric inpatients and outpatients of the Townsville University Hospital and North Queensland region.

* Salary range: $49.83 to $73.24 p.h. (casual rate)
* 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
* Applicants must possess an Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC) accredited four-year qualification in Psychology, and be eligible for provisional or general registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA), Psychology Board of Australia (PsychBA).
* A PsychBA Area of Practice Endorsement in Clinical Psychology or Health Psychology would be highly regarded, as would PsychBA approved Supervisor status.
* This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle, and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this type of vehicle is required.
* This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
