About the Role
You will be responsible for leading the Ford sales team and delivering exceptional results across volume, profitability, customer experience and team development.
Responsibilities
* Driving new vehicle sales performance
* Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing sales team
* Managing sales targets, forecasting and order bank performance
* Maximising gross profit and conversion opportunities
* Maintaining strong customer experience outcomes
* Driving CRM compliance and lead management standards
* Managing stock, aged inventory and model mix
* Building a culture of accountability, professionalism, and success
