We're seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to grow accounts and new business across Adelaide & regional SA for a leading stormwater & piping solutions supplier.

What will you do?
* Own and grow your territory across Adelaide and key regional markets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in civil stormwater, construction, and plumbing sectors.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through face‐to‐face meetings, calls, and networking.
* Manage existing accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
* Conduct tender prospecting, research, and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
* Collaborate with the national BDM team while working autonomously to hit sales and growth targets.
What will you need?
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in civil, construction, plumbing, or stormwater sectors.
* Strong commercial acumen and results‐driven mindset.
* Exceptional relationship‐building, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Self‐motivated, autonomous, and able to manage your pipeline effectively.
* CRM experience and the ability to provide accurate reporting.
* Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel across Adelaide and regional areas.
