We specialise in Natural Areas Management, Landscape Maintenance, Aquatic Weed Control, Cliff Face Weed Control and Turf Maintenance within south east Queensland.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Recruitment/Administration Officer to join our team. Working closely with the Human Resources Manager, our ideal candidate will be passionate about finding the right people for our roles, easy going, flexible, efficient and open to taking on a variety of tasks. This is a part time role, three days per week at our base in Stapylton. Some flexibility with hours will be required to ensure recruitment interviews can be carried out efficiently. The role has the potential to increase days and hours over time.
The Position:
Full responsibility for the recruitment process:
* Actively sourcing candidates
* Shortlisting resumes
* Contacting and screening candidates
* Coordinate interviews
* Participating in candidate interviews with management team
* Assistance with onboarding and induction setup
* Administration of employee and training records
* Assist with compliance, policies and procedures;
* Supporting the HR Manager with administration tasks as needed;
* Assist in other areas of the business as required (such as basic accounts and IT).
The right person for the role will have:
* Solid proactive recruitment approach;
* Demonstrated administration skills;
* Ability to build strong key relationships within the company and new candidates;
* Excellent communication skills.
Applicants should have ideally completed some form of tertiary education in business or administration and have 12 months of recruitment and sourcing experience, however this is not mandatory.
