We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a complex, enterprise‐wide transformation programme on a fixed‐term contract until 30 September 2027.
This programme includes migrating from a legacy IBM ERP system to SAP S/4HANA, while integrating multiple business‐critical platforms including Salesforce, CPFR/PSI forecasting solutions, rebate and pricing systems, 3PL, EDI and BI tools, ensuring end‐to‐end delivery, strong governance and sustainable business adoption.
You will be accountable for the full programme delivery, covering IT implementation, data migration, business process transformation, change management and post go‐live stabilisation. You will act as the single point of accountability across the business, IT and external partners.
Key responsibilities include:
* Owning overall programme governance, scope, budget, timelines and risk management
* Managing multiple workstreams, including SAP, Salesforce, planning/CPFR, pricing, rebate management, data migration, BI and change management
* Leading systems integrator partners, data migration teams, internal IT teams, business working groups and key stakeholders
* Ensuring alignment between business objectives, data readiness and system implementation
* Engaging and influencing senior stakeholders to maintain alignment and commitment
SAP S/4HANA Transformation
* Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation (Greenfield)
* Oversee core modules including SD, MM and FI/CO
* Oversee Salesforce implementation for Spare Parts Ordering and Warranty Claims
* Ensure seamless integration between SAP and Salesforce via APIs and middleware, including 3PL interfaces and EDI
* Manage CPFR / PSI forecasting, customer base selling price and rebate solutions, and their integration with ERP
Integration & External Interfaces
* Oversee 3PL integrations, including inbound and outbound logistics, ASN, goods receipt and invoicing
BI & Analytics
* Lead the migration from QlikView to Power BI
* Deliver end‐to‐end business‐critical Power BI reporting, leveraging data from SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, regional data lakehouse and external platforms
About you
You have 10+ years' experience leading large‐scale, complex IT and business transformation programmes, demonstrating strong leadership and sound decision‐making, with the confidence to challenge stakeholders on data ownership and data quality.
In addition, you will have:
* Formal training in programme / project management frameworks (e.g. PMI, PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner)
* SAP S/4HANA certification preferred but not mandatory
* Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, distribution or retail
* Experience working in regional or global matrix organisations
* Proven track record as a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager delivering end‐to‐end programmes across ERP (preferably SAP S/4HANA) and CRM (preferably Salesforce)
* Demonstrated experience managing multiple parallel workstreams and complex dependencies
* Strong background in governance, financial control, risk and benefits management
* Proven ownership of large‐scale ERP migrations
* Lead a visible, business‐critical programme for a reputable organisation
