EA/Sales Associate Opportunity
A high-calibre EA/Sales Associate is required to support a highly motivated sales agent in a thriving agency. The ideal candidate will possess solid real estate experience and excellent interpersonal skills.
This role involves managing the sales agent's diary and appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling, coordinating inspections and open homes, preparing sales contracts and documentation, and assisting with marketing campaigns.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Organise and coordinate daily tasks and activities to achieve team objectives.
* Maintain accurate records and databases for client information and sales performance.
* Communicate effectively with vendors, buyers, and other stakeholders through written and verbal correspondence.
* Support the sales agent to deliver exceptional customer service from initial contact to settlement.
* Perform general administration duties as required.
Requirements:
* Current Real Estate Licence (mandatory)
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience working as a real estate assistant or sales associate
* Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Possess a passion for real estate and a genuine desire to grow within the industry
