Role Overview:
The Group Chief Operating Office (GCOO) – Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) Operations KYC Operations team supports WPB by conducting Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews for WPB clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate and current customer information, ensuring compliance with local regulations and HSBC's AML/Sanctions policies.
2. Carry out remediation tasks identified through customer data analysis and discrepancy resolution.
3. Prepare high-quality reviews and complete customer contact strategies using all available communication channels.
4. Act as a conduit between GSC KYC Operations and WPB customers and stakeholders.
