Overview
Immediate start in Geebung on day shift (7am-3pm, Mon-Fri). Involves MC deliveries and stores assistance in downtime. Must have MC licence with recent delivery experience.
Programmed are currently looking for an MC delivery driver who is also happy to complete warehousing duties during downtime between delivery runs.
In this role, you will be working with a wide range of construction materials including plasterboard, insulation, glasswool etc. You will be completing deliveries to local stockists and builders, including houses and construction environments.
About the Role
* Working at a construction material distribution centre
* 7am-3pm Monday to Friday
* Frequent overtime available
* Deliveries with HC and MC vehicles
* Oversee load and unload of your truck
* Liaise with customers and clients
* General housekeeping
* Paperwork and order checks
* Manual handling and general stores tasks as applicable between deliveries to assist your warehouse team
* Forklift duties (if licenced)
About You
* Recent experience operating MC vehicles
* Valid MC Licence
* Valid LF licence (not required, but a bonus)
* Comfortable manually handling plasterboard sheets
* General knowledge of Brisbane suburbs beneficial
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong safety focus
* Able to provide a clean driving record if requested
* Reliable and punctual
