Operations Manager (m/f/d)
We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily business operations and drive continuous improvement throughout the company.
This position reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the Accounting, Logistics, Parts, and Service departments to increase efficiency, manage budgets, track KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate is a hands‐on leader with a focus on operational excellence, team development, and execution aligned with long‐term business goals.

* Process optimization: Analyzing, optimizing, and streamlining work processes to increase productivity and reduce waste.
* Operational Management: Overseeing daily operations, including logistics, after‐sales, and service.
* Team Management: Recruiting, training, and supervising employees to ensure efficient and consistent workflows in accordance with company standards.
* Budget & Finance: Budget management, financial report analysis, and cost control to improve profitability.
* Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing operational strategies in alignment with long‐term corporate goals.
* Compliance & Security: Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
* Development and Implementation of Company Policies
* Coordination with department heads to achieve organizational goals (Accounting, Logistics, Parts, Service)
* Evaluating employee performance by tracking relevant KPIs
Your profile
* Leadership skills: A strong ability to lead, coach, and manage teams.
* Problem‐solving: Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking to address operational challenges.
* Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for cross‐departmental collaboration.
* Operational expertise: Understanding of business processes.
* Experience: Typically a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, as well as proven experience in an operational role.
* Ability to plan budgets and allocate resources using financial software such as QuickBooks or SAP
* Excellent problem‐solving skills
* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Experience working with ERP systems or other tools for data analysis and operational management
* Familiarity with quality control (QC) for the implementation of new processes
