Are you a friendly, organised, and welcoming person with a passion for customer service? BIG4 Murray Bridge, a premier holiday destination on the beautiful banks of the Murray River, is looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to be the face of our park.

About the Role

As our Office Assistant, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, playing a crucial role in shaping their holiday experience. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional front-of-house service, managing reservations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our reception.

This is a flexible, casual position where availability across weekdays and weekends is essential.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

* Greeting all guests with a warm, genuine welcome upon arrival.
* Managing bookings, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently using our reservation system.
* Answering phone calls and responding to email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Providing guests with helpful information about our park facilities and local attractions.
* Processing payments and performing general administrative tasks.
* Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area.

What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience in a reception, customer service, or administration role is highly preferred.
* A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and friendly phone manner.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
* Familiarity with RMS reservation systems is an advantage, though training will be provided for the right candidate.
* The flexibility and reliability to work a roster that includes weekends and public holidays.
