**Position**
**Description**
Reporting directly to the Accounts Manager and working within a close knit team, the role will include but not be limited to:
- Stakeholder management between both customers and the finance department
- Processing refunds
- Billing duties
- Process invoices
- Liaising with support staff to maintain client records
- Following up overdue accounts
- Handle and resolve queries
- Various administrative tasks
- As well as other ad hoc duties assigned by your Manager
- Experience in accounts and / or customer service / administration
- Professional phone manner with strong communication skills
- Self-starting and motivated, with excellent time management skills to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Keen eye for detail and an ability to multi-task
- Desire to grow and develop within your role
