Overview
Occupational Therapists required for a hospital based in North Queensland. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of 25 allied health staff to cover:
* Contract: 30th March for 5-6 weeks
* Hours: Monday to Friday with 1 hour unpaid break (7.5 hours per day)
* Rate: Up to $75 per hour + super (this is dependent on experience)
* Travel and accommodation: Up to $1000 travel + accommodation; shared accommodation can be provided for the length of contract
Responsibilities
* This position holds a generalist caseload including inpatient adult & paediatric wards and ED, outpatient adults and paediatrics, vascular and hand therapy. Caseloads can be discussed pending experience and will be split between the clinicians.
* Work within a regional multidisciplinary Allied Health team of approximately 45 clinicians. The team plans weekend activities; the candidate would be welcome to participate.
Qualifications
* You must be an experienced Occupational Therapist with the relevant skill set. A minimum of two years of experience is required.
