Overview
We are a growing medium sized wardrobe manufacturer who pride ourselves on customer service and quality. We are seeking motivated and capable tradespeople who understand that our business is about the customer experience. If you are a true professional who enjoys building things, is punctual, and has great communication skills, this is the workplace you are looking for. Most of our work is for private/domestic clients, ranging from highly customised wardrobes to basic internal fit-outs.
You can choose to be employed either as a subcontractor (with full-time work availability) with great rates, a work/life balance, and plenty of flexibility, or as a full time employee with the security that this offers.
Responsibilities
You will be an expert in wardrobe installation, and strong at problem solving and customer relations.
In either role, you will demonstrate clear skills, experience, and the right attitude.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience as a Wardrobe Installer or Joinery Installer.
- Ability to work with customers and maintain high service standards.
- For subcontractors: own tools and a LWB van; ability to present invoices for payment on a weekly basis.
- For employees: a van, tools, and a collaborative team environment.
- Current Australian driver’s licence.
