Key Responsibilities
* Drive revenue growth by building strong personal connections with key individuals in your account base and transforming these relationships into long-term partnerships.
* Prepare and research to take a consultative sales approach and recommend the best solutions.
* Pro-actively and regularly provide clients with relevant information and ideas, and respond to enquiries about products and services.
* Identify and explore new commercial partners while initiating conversations with confidence.
* Monitor market trends and encourage client feedback – maintaining a high level of knowledge of industry news and competitor activity.
Requirements
* Proven experience in delivering sales results, building commercial partnerships and account management.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Knowledge of the Travel Industry.
* A passion for training, learning and development within the B2B travel sector.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Flexibility to travel – attend relevant conferences and events.
