The Role
As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in delivering a seamless and positive experience. Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting clients and managing front desk operations.
* Scheduling appointments and managing bookings.
* Handling phone and email enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
* Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records.
* Supporting our team of physiotherapists and allied health professionals with administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
* Experience in an allied healthcare or medical setting is highly regarded but not essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using booking systems and general office software.
* A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
