As a key member of our retail team, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless store functionality, efficient inventory management, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues to optimise daily processes, maintain a well-organised retail environment, and contribute to the overall performance and success of the business.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Keep our store beautiful, clean, and perfectly merchandised
* Support stock control, promotions, repairs, lay-bys, and point-of-sale
* Fulfil Omni Channel orders (Click & Collect, Ship from Store, Virtual Appointments)
* Work collaboratively in a diverse, inclusive team
* Ensure health, safety, and security practices are always followed
What We're Looking For
We are seeking individuals who possess a strong customer service focus, high personal presentation, and excellent communication skills.

* Previous retail or administration experience (a bonus, but not essential)
