Litigation & Dispute Resolution Lawyer (3–4 PAE)

This is a role for a 2–5 year PAE litigator looking for real responsibility, high‑quality work and a genuinely different career pathway.
My client is a 15‑lawyer boutique commercial practice with the backing, pipeline and referral network of a large national advisory group. This allows for consistent work, complex matters, and a multidisciplinary environment you won’t find in a traditional firm.
This role offers the best of both worlds, from hands‑on exposure and mentoring from a high‑performing boutique and the scale, resources and referral network of a national group.
You will have genuine end‑to‑end involvement working across:
* Commercial and contractual disputes
* Insolvency and restructuring
* Debt recovery and enforcement
* Property and building disputes
* Estates and trustee disputes
* General commercial litigation
The firm invests heavily in development: structured training, CPD support, mentoring, BD exposure and visibility across wealth, accounting and advisory.
About you
* 2–5 years PAE in commercial litigation/disputes
* Strong drafting, analytical and file‑management skills
* Court exposure and a commercial, solutions‑focused mindset
* A self‑starter attitude and genuine interest in client outcomes
