About the Job
This40 Hours Per Weekrole is for our next Store Manager who will be passionate about creating unforgettable customer experiences that go above and beyond expectations.
You'll be motivated by driving sales while providing memorable experiences for every Peter Alexander customer.
What You'll Bring
Experience in developing and coaching a team
Ability to motivate teams and drive brand standards
Previous leadership experience, ideally in retail - essential
Talent for providing genuine and unique customer experiences
Visual merchandising experience working from briefs
Proven ability to achieve sales and KPIs while managing costs and stock loss
