Located in Logan City between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, Loganlea State High School is a large, diverse secondary school serving a vibrant and growing community.
About The Role
The Head of Department - Student Services (locally known as the Dean) will have responsibility for a year level (as decided by the school) and will be responsible for ensuring a constructive engagement, learning and wellbeing culture for all students in the cohort.
You will have a depth of understanding of career and wellbeing curriculum, positive behaviour for learning, pedagogy, strong organizational skills and capacity to assist students in developing ways of working that support learning.You will be working in a diverse learning environment with a supportive team where innovation and alignment are valued.
