We are seeking a talented Sales Account Manager to join our growing team to grow our multimedia services with a focus on new business, account retention and steady portfolio growth.
This is a full-time role with What's Up Downunder Australia, producers of the long running TV Shows – What's Up Downunder, Tough Tested & Camper Deals based in the Southeast suburbs of Melbourne but working across Melbourne with some interstate travel. What's Up Downunder is part of the JB RV Group.
About Us
We are a Multi-media TV Production business offering a wide range of multimedia services to our clients and partners. Our team sells into, produces a number of TV Shows in the drive travel / caravanning space with more shows to come in other genres. This is all back by large multi-media platforms including databases, websites and a growing social media base.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and grow multimedia revenue across our portfolio of TV, Content and Multi-media platforms, with a primary focus on account retention and expansion.
* Take client briefs and work with the team create clear, compelling proposals tailored to their marketing and advertising needs.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
* Work closely with the Executive Producer and Digital Teams to ensure successful project delivery.
* Manage a clean pipeline in the CRM; forecast accurately and follow through from brief to delivery meeting your KPI's.
* Represent What's Up Downunder Australia as one of the first points of contact for new opportunities.
What We're Looking For
* Proven success in B2B account management or sales, ideally within the media landscape – experience within the Caravanning, 4X4 & Camping industries is helpful but not essential.
* Strong client relationship skills with a solutions-focused approach.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Confidence in preparing proposals when needed and closing scoped projects.
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and timelines at once.
* Competent with a modern CRM and Google Workspace.
* Based in Melbourne for close collaboration with our core production and digital teams.
