About the Role

We seek a highly organised individual with strong administrative skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent time management to provide essential support for our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Collation and document upload into operating systems
* Assist with job completion and invoicing documentation
* Assist with planned maintenance reports
* Data entry and data management within operating systems
* Update project and workorder information in online systems
* iPad management including software updates and support
* General administrative support

Requirements

* Prior experience in an administrative role
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* High computer literacy including experience with MS suite of programs
* Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia
