The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Horticulture Supervisor to assist in day‑to‑day citrus orchard operations. This role includes citrus picking, pruning, thinning, equipment operation, and the supervision of seasonal workers during harvest periods.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Hands‑on picking and pruning of citrus trees
* Operating and maintaining irrigation and farm machinery
* Monitoring orchard health and reporting pest or disease issues
* Supervising and training seasonal farm workers
* Following WHS standards and farm compliance procedures
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 4 years of supervisor's experience in horticultural essential
* Proven skills in citrus handling and orchard operations
* Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors year‑round
* Bilingual communication skills (English + second language) are an advantage
* Basic machinery experience (tractors, sprayers, irrigation systems) is desirable
* Must have a current driver's license and reliable transport
