The Opportunity
As a Transport Administrator at our new facility in Swanbank Ipswich, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day transport requirements and will support the onsite logistics team, ensuring the smooth operation of our Warehouse operations.
You will be responsible for a range of tasks including document management for local customer deliveries, as well as intra/interstate linehauls and international export requirements. This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday – Friday, either 6am until 2pm or 2pm until 10pm.
What you'll be doing:
* Provide administrative support with invoicing, data entry, and COR.
* Support teams to resolve issues impacting the operation.
* Ensure that all paperwork is accurate and signed off.
* Support the team to achieve operational timelines and daily tasks.
Experience that you will bring:
* To enable you to hit the ground running, we're looking for someone is outcome focused with a positive can-do attitude as well as:
* Experience in a transport dispatch, allocation or logistics admin role.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Microsoft Office suite experience (Excel, Outlook).
* A proactive approach and excellent attention to detail.
* Willingness to learn and grow.
