Nude Lucy is looking for Part-Time Assistant Managers to join the team at our Joondalup Store!
Nude Lucy is on the lookout for a Passionate Part-Time Assistant Manager to lead the amazing team at our store in Joondalup!

* Sunday - Thursday Roster
Responsibilities Include:
* Lead by example to set management expectations across your team
* Manage in-store employee relations such as grievances and performance management
* Train, mentor, and coach team to work towards goals and succession planning
* Problem solving & ability to provide solutions
* Produce and analyse required financial reports - i.e., payroll reports
* Roster management & approvals
* Manage team (shop floor & back of house) to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
* Proactive approach in loss prevention management, e.g., stock shrinkage
* Work with the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure creative visions are implemented within the store
* Demonstrate a duty of care to team members, internal & external stakeholders by ensuring a safe, healthy, and fit work environment
* Ensure all tasks completed by team members adhere to safe work practices, with expectations communicated clearly
