About Our Body Repairer Role:
At our organization, we are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Body Repairer.
The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of damaged vehicles, determining the best course of action, and delivering high-quality repairs that include spray painting and body work.
* Conducting comprehensive vehicle damage assessments and providing accurate estimates for repair time and costs
* Undertaking a variety of repair tasks including body smash repairs, panel replacements, rust removal, and paint restoration
* Completing the end-to-end painting process for vehicles – sealing, sanding, masking, priming, and spray painting
* Cut & polish detailing to prepare vehicles for services
* E nsuring all repairs meet industry compliance requirements and company expectations
* Mentoring and assisting apprentices and trade assistants as required
