The Role As a key member of the APAC finance team, you will support reporting, forecasting, and analysis of commercial revenue streams across multiple markets. You'll help ensure financial data is accurate, well understood, and consistently reported, while also providing analysis that helps leadership understand performance trends and forecast future activity. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Analysis Review market submissions analysing forecast vs. actual revenue performance Deliver P&L variance analysis against forecast, budget and prior periods Analyse key commercial data and prepare clear commentary on performance drivers Support preparation and review of monthly management reporting across APAC Forecasting & Budgeting Assist with monthly forecasting cycles and annual budgeting Review regional submissions to ensure accuracy and consistency of assumptions Analyse the financial impact of commercial activity across the division Support finance leaders in preparing insights for senior stakeholders Data & Performance Insights Maintain and reconcile key regional data trackers Review both financial and operational data to identify trends and variances Ensure data is presented clearly and effectively for decision making Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with finance teams and operational stakeholders across multiple markets Work closely with regional commercial leaders to understand business performance Help ensure reporting deadlines are met and information is communicated effectively Ad-hoc Analysis Provide additional commercial and financial analysis to support strategic decisions About You We're looking for someone analytical, curious, and commercially aware who enjoys working with data and collaborating with stakeholders. You will likely bring: CA / CPA qualification (or close to completion) Experience in financial reporting, management reporting, or commercial analysis Strong Excel and data management skills A natural ability to translate data into insights Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Exposure to large corporate or multinational environments is advantageous Experience with planning/reporting systems (e.g., Oracle/BPC) is helpful but not essential A great opportunity for a commercially minded analyst to make the step into a more business partnering role.
