Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain client computer systems, focusing on Microsoft Applications
* Troubleshoot Windows 10 and Office 365 issues
* Ensure optimal IT system performance for high productivity
* Provide technical assistance with hardware and software to end users
* Log bugs and enhancement requests
* Resolve IT Support issues via phone, in person, and electronically
* Maintain the job ticket system and liaise with L2 support for complex issues
