 
        
        Job Opportunity: Operations Leadership Role
Treescape, a leading Vegetation Management company, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to provide senior leadership and strategic direction to the organization's regional operations.
The successful candidate will lead and manage field operations across various contracts, drive performance targets for safety, quality, productivity, and customer service, and oversee the planning and delivery of works to ensure compliance with contract timelines and client expectations.
 * Lead field operations across utility government and civil vegetation management contracts.
 * Drive performance targets for safety quality productivity and customer service.
 * Provide guidance and mentoring to field leadership and operational staff.
 * Oversee project planning and delivery to ensure compliance with contract timelines and client expectations.
 * Promote and enforce safety policies and risk mitigation strategies across all operational sites.
 * Ensure plant equipment and tools are maintained and utilised efficiently.
 * Manage reporting and documentation processes including job costing incident reporting and client account management.
Requirements:
 * Proven leadership experience in utilities arboriculture or vegetation management.
 * Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
 * Commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement.
Working Conditions:
This role involves a mix of office and field-based duties. Candidates must be able to perform occasional lifting walking/standing and working around machinery in outdoor environments.
Relocation support will be provided to the right candidate.
