Role Overview
We are looking for a growth-focused professional to drive business expansion across Australia & New Zealand (ANZ). The role will focus on new client acquisition across industries such as Customer Experience, Product Engineering, Data, AI, and Martech.
Work Mode: Remote (with travel across ANZ required). Location: Australia.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Strategy
- Execute and refine the ANZ sales and go-to-market strategy.
- Adapt global messaging to fit the ANZ market context.
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new opportunities.
- Partner with marketing and channel teams on campaigns, events, and initiatives.
Client Engagement & Deal Closure
- Develop and deliver impactful proposals and presentations.
- Lead negotiations, with support from internal teams and partners.
Partner Ecosystem Development
- Collaborate with channel partners to generate new opportunities.
- Increase visibility of company solutions through joint initiatives.
Collaboration & Thought Leadership
- Work closely with practice leads and cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to sales assets, case studies, and thought leadership content.
Learning & Growth
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies, tools, and market trends.
- Actively seek feedback and continuously improve.
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years in sales, business development, or account management within consulting or professional services.
- Demonstrated success in new client acquisition.
- Strong professional network in Australia & New Zealand.
- Solid understanding of customer challenges, market dynamics, and technology adoption.
- Experience in data, martech, product engineering, or customer technology.
- Background in consulting, professional services, or engineering environments.
- Familiarity with technology partner ecosystems.
