In this full-time role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting the Microsoft 365 platform across the organization. This position is based in our Melbourne office, with a hybrid work arrangement.What you'll be doingDesign and implement Microsoft 365 solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business.Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT team on Microsoft 365 capabilities and best practices.Manage and optimize the performance and security of the Microsoft 365 environment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsoft 365 with other business systems and applications.Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 developments and roadmap to identify opportunities for improvement.Document architecture designs, standards, and procedures to ensure consistency and maintainability.Provide end-user support and training on Microsoft 365 applications and features.What we're looking forBaseline Security Clearance is a must for this role.8+ years of experience as a Microsoft 365 architect or senior administrator.Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory.Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles and best practices.Experience in integrating Microsoft 365 with other enterprise applications and systems.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Certification in Microsoft 365 or Azure is highly desirable.What we offerAt Unisys, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling career.
