National Account Manager Grocery
We are seeking a commercially savvy, digitally driven National Account Manager to supercharge our eCommerce and Omni-channel growth within our Grocery partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive eCommerce and omni-channel growth across Grocery Retailers.
* Build and grow new business opportunities within grocery subsidiaries.
* Lead digital activation plans, optimize online content, and analyze performance metrics to fuel growth.
* Partner cross-functionally to deliver NPD launches, digital campaigns, and shopper activations.
* Manage trade spend and margin growth.
* Coordinate key projects and initiatives.
* Influence stakeholders and represent the organization in retailer leadership forums.
Requirements:
* Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent commercial experience.
* FMCGBM sales, marketing, or category experience preferred.
* Strong eCommerce capability.
* Exceptional analytical skills.
* Proven relationship builder with cross-functional teams.
* Confident communicator able to simplify data and influence decisions.
* Strong project, time-management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
We operate a hybrid working model of 2 days WFH and 3 days in the office. Our Norwest location offers a collaborative work environment.
