Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Care Specialist.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
* Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* CURRENT REGISTRATION WITH AHPRA IS REQUIRED
* Well-developed interpersonal skills within a team environment are essential
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary
* Flexible and available to work all shifts on a rotating roster
* Previous experience in Vascular and Orthopaedics is advantageous
