YOUR NEW ROLE
In this KEY pivotal role supporting the Litigation Partner and lawyers in the litigation team, you will relish the variety+challenge+ satisfaction:
* attending to new client enquiries and booking appointments;
* liaising with existing clients, solicitors/barristers and third parties (eg doctors);
* dictaphone typing letters & court documents;
* preparing/collating briefs to barristers;
* managing the firm's precedents;
* diary management;
* general administration/filing.

INVITATION

* have 2-10+ years (up to executive assistant level) experience in a legal secretarial/administration role in a law firm;
* have supported litigation lawyers (preferable);
* have advanced Microsoft Office + strong computer literacy skills (LEAP experience desirable but not essential);
* are highly organized, efficient and punctual;
* have strong attention to detail with proven experience multi-tasking & managing conflicting deadlines working under pressure.
