You’ll be embedded on a major project, working shoulder to shoulder with delivery teams and reporting to a Contracts Manager. You’ll manage high-value packages, oversee cost reporting, and contribute directly to commercial outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: Trade letting and subcontractor procurement Head contract admin, claims, and compliance Managing variations, budgets, and cost forecasts Preparing and reviewing scopes of work Collaborating with delivery teams for value engineering Leading subcontractor negotiations and progress tracking The Builder This award-winning construction company is known for exceeding expectations through early project engagement, smart design, and flawless execution. We’re seeking someone with the capability to handle large, detailed builds confidently and collaboratively. You’ll likely bring: 5–8 years of experience as a CA or Senior CA with a head contractor Proven delivery on multi-stage or complex vertical builds (multi-res) Experience with apartments, Build to rent or build to sell or commercial towers.
