What you'll be doing
The Recruitment Lead - International and Campaign, is responsible for managing the recruitment and onboarding functions for international recruitment, and Nursing and Midwifery recruitment campaigns. The focus is on ensuring that recruitment and Visa activities are efficient and achieve best practice outcomes. Promote positive recruitment appointments through providing sound and consistent advice in relation to both Visa and recruitment processes, within policy and legislative guidelines. Use the NSW Health electronic recruitment system and Department of Home Affairs online services to ensure smooth and efficient progress and completion of recruitment episodes.
